This dashboard reflects my weekly work on the project Cook your Fridge. 

Super Food Santé

Week 1 (18th-24th February)

  • Meeting 1 on the 18th

  • Define the functioning of the app 

  • Brainstorming to understand better what we want to do 

  • Define a vision and mission statement 

  • Decide the organizational chart 

 

Week 2 (25th February - 3rd March)

  • Meeting 2 on the 25th: write the agenda beforehand and make a summary of our meeting after-hand (posted on our google drive) 

  • Meeting 3: catch up on the 26th to talk about class presentation

  • Define a proper action plan 

  • Prepare the oral presentation support 

 

Week 3 (4th - 10th March)​

  • Define my vision and mission as a CEO 

  • Define my vision and mission as manager of the 360° department 

  • Determine tools adequate for the first 360° evaluation 

  • Create the 360° evaluation on google form

 

Week 3 (11th-17th March)

  • Meeting 4 on the 12th: Find a date and hour appropriate for everyone, write the agenda beforehand and make a summary of our meeting after-hand (posted on our google drive)

  • Meeting 5 on the 14th: Find a date and hour appropriate for everyone, write the agenda beforehand and make a summary of our meeting after-hand (posted on our google drive)

  • During meeting 5, check and modify some questions and the process of the eating habits questionnaire that was originally done by Mingxuan and Ouya. We have done it all 4 together with Ignacio. After meeting 5, ask all the team to share the questionnaire with the objective of 80-100 answers. 

  • Explain and share the 360° evaluation to other members of team. The mode of communication was a PDF explaining the process of the 360° evaluation and including all the link to make the different evaluations. 

 

Week 4 (18th-24th March)

  • Meeting 6 on the 18th: Find a date and hour appropriate for everyone, write the agenda beforehand and make a summary of our meeting after-hand (posted on our google drive). 

  • During meeting 6, I generated a table showing the project progress with the tasks achieved, in progress and to do. We've also made the team pictures. 

  • Analyze the 360° evaluation

  • Generate the Management meeting reports on Trello 

  • Meeting 7 on the 22nd: Find a date and hour appropriate for everyone, write the agenda beforehand and make a summary of our meeting after-hand (posted on our google drive)

  • Organize lunch and team meeting outside 

  • Create a Facebook page with Ignacio

Week 5 (25th - 31st March)

  • Meeting 8 on the 25th: Find a date and hour appropriate for everyone, write the agenda beforehand and make a summary of our meeting after-hand (posted on our google drive)

  • During meeting 8, I made a draft of the website (with Ignacio) on a PDF document (tool: Canva).

  • Meeting 9 on the 28th:  Find a date and hour appropriate for everyone, write the agenda beforehand and make a summary of our meeting after-hand (posted on our google drive). I was not present at this meeting, but I had the time to say the agenda before leaving. 

  • Give 360° feedback to each team members 

  • Make sure deadlines for the survey analysis understanding eating habits are respected

Week 6 (1st - 7th April) 

  • Meeting 10 on the 4th: Find a date and hour appropriate for everyone, write the agenda beforehand and make a summary of our meeting after-hand (posted on our google drive)

  • Create and publish posts on Facebook (with Ignacio)

Week 7 (8th - 14th April) 

  • Meeting 11 on the 11th: Find a date and hour appropriate for everyone, write the agenda beforehand and make a summary of our meeting after-hand (posted on our google drive).

  • During meeting 11, I asked the team to form small groups: Elsa, Mingxuan and Ouya on the website and Xavier, Ignacio and me on the recipes. I have also created the google form for the "Share your Recipe" part of our website template. 

  • Generate the 2nd 360° evaluation feedback 

Week 8 (15th - 21st April)

  • Analyze and give feedback of the 360° evaluation

  • Prepare the oral presentation support (tool: Canva)

  • Finalize the design of the template of our website
